The Buckfast bee was bred by Brother Adam in Buckfast Abbey, England in 1919. Perfect for both beginner and advanced beekeepers, the Buckfast bee is renowned for its highly productive and non-aggressive nature.

UK Bred Queens
All our queens are bred and mated right here in Gloucestershire, nothing is imported.
Introduction
As with anything in nature, nothing is guaranteed. Successful Queen introduction is therefore not a given, and we cannot be held liable if this fails.
Delivery
We send all our Queen Bees securely via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day before 1pm. They will be sent in environmentally friendly packaging in a transport cage to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Our delivery charge is £8.00
Queens can generally be held in there cages for up to 5 days providing they are kept in a cool dark place and watered twice a day.
Should your queen unfortunately be dead on arrival the buyer must contact us immediately after taking delivery. Any DOA will need to be returned in their travel cages to us.
